F8M seeks an innovative Data & Analytics Manager to strategize, coordinate, and implement data collection, monitoring, analysis, and reporting across the full Early Care and Education System in Memphis and Shelby County.

401(K) Eligibility
We offer 401(k) eligibility with a percentage match after the first six months of service. 401(k) eligibility, vesting, and all other matters relating to these plans are available upon hiring.
Paid Parental Leave
F8M will provide 12 weeks paid parental leave to employees following the birth of an employee’s child or the placement of a child with an employee due to adoption, foster care, and/or informal care. The purpose of paid parental leave is to enable the employee to care for and bond with a newborn or a newly adopted or newly placed child.

Each full-time F8M staff member will be provided up to 32 hours (4 days) per calendar year of paid time off to volunteer, protest, or participate in other activities to support the civic life of their communities.
